I attend a local OSS programming language user group. Most of the old time leaders are burned out or out of the country on contracts. So guess you gets to step up to the plate and lead the group? :shock:

Nice! This is usually the way I end up in leadership roles as well.

It went well. Fortunately a more knowledgeable and verbose member showed up and took over. Yay!
