Someone thought it would be funny to have an image of the PS3 sinking, while the Microsoft Pirates, fresh from the coast of Somalia, sail away on their stolen ship.

This comes off the news that PS3 sales in November were down over last year, while the 360 was slightly up and the Wii exploded (see my last post). It's not exactly the Titanic yet, but the PS3 (and Sony itself) has a tough road ahead.

EDIT: This page seems to be getting a number of hits, so I should just point out that it was originally published in December 2008, when the PS3 really was going through tough times. These days it seems like the plucky megacorporation and its flagship gaming product are going to pull through after all, so hooray for Sony!
